Postgradute

The Department of Disaster and Crisis Management has been opened to train Disaster and Crisis Management specialists who have a good ranking among the top 50 professions in recent years, to conduct research for the advancement of the science of ‘disaster and emergency management’ at national and international level and to train the academic staff who will contribute; to carry out studies for the advancement of the profession; to provide training and consultancy activities for public, private organisations and the public in Turkey. 

Graduates of four-year faculties can apply to Disaster Management Master's Programme without Thesis. In this 3 semester programme, students who have successfully completed their compulsory and elective courses are obliged to carry out and succeed a project in their last semester. There are no prerequisites for taking the courses.
